The challenge: HP needed a way to communicate
the many benefits of their large format printers to commercial
users around the world.
LJG, working closely with HP product managers, created
a universally accessible interactive training tool that
highlighted all the features of their remarkable printers
in an organized, engaging manner. Furthermore, the finished
product worked in conjunction with HP's major advertising
efforts to reinforce the HP brand message. The
results: An enlightenment of sorts among HP's
commercial customers in regards to the HP large-format
printers. Ultimately, it helped make the sales team's
job easier, strengthening the brand's connection, and
increasing loyalty between HP and its commercial audiences.
