Vista needed a comprehensive, integrated digital communications
program - from a 5,000 sq. ft Visitor's Center through
corporate marketing presentations and online presence
- all designed to entice potential new home owners to
this visionary development in LA's trendy west side while
construction had only just begun.
LJG created fun, exciting, stylish interactive presentations
for the Visitor's Center featuring 3D animated videos
of the homes. Web development included a site featuring
informative Flash movies and floor plans that practically
come to life. It was an ideal way to highlight the wonderful
amenities, while giving the technologically advanced new
neighborhood a hip and sophisticated image.
The results: Interest and awareness grew
beyond their wildest dreams as potential buyers flooded
the Visitor's Center and Web site. Rapid sales contributed
to higher prices - increasing the development's value
and profits for investors.
