The challenge: The Padres needed to show various
audiences how magical a new ballpark can be. The hitch
was that even though it would someday become one of the
most technologically advanced sporting venues in the country,
the ballpark construction was nowhere near finished.
LJG created an exciting interactive multimedia presentation
including a fully-developed 3D interactive video featuring
fly-bys of the stadium and showing what it would actually
be like to walk into the ballpark revealing this lush,
green setting for America's favorite pastime. Additionally,
LJG created an interactive Laptop presentation for use
in the naming-rights sales and negotiations.
The results: A greater understanding
of the vision for this truly magnificent facility, and
consequently, much more excitement among the business
sector as well as the public. And the Laptop presentation
helped create a spirited competition among companies vying
for the naming rights. |
